Privacy Policy

How this website and this practice handle your information.

Who we are

Connor C Neville, CPA, PLLC (“we,” “us,” or “I”) is a certified public accounting practice operating virtually from PO Box 152, Bagdad, Florida 32530. You can reach us at Connor@Nevillecpa.com or 850-920-7913. This policy covers nevillecpa.com and the information collected through it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the fit-check form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, annual revenue range, and the challenge you select. If you contact us by phone or email, we keep that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This is used for security and aggregate traffic measurement.

Client financial data. Information provided in the course of an engagement (bank records, payroll data, tax documents) is handled under the confidentiality obligations of the CPA profession and the terms of your engagement letter, not under this website policy. That data is exchanged through our secure client portal, not through this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, determine whether our services fit your business, and communicate with you about that engagement. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help operate this practice: our website host, our form processor, and our client relationship and scheduling software. We share only what those services need to do their job. We may disclose information where required by law or professional standards.

We do not outsource client work overseas. Bookkeeping, tax preparation, and advisory work are performed personally by Connor Neville. Your financial data is not sent to offshore processing firms.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly functional or are set by our hosting provider for security and performance. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

Third-party services

Some pages embed or link to third-party tools, including our TaxDome client portal, Google Maps, and our scheduling calendar. Those services have their own privacy policies, and their handling of your information is governed by those policies rather than this one.

Data retention and security

Form submissions are retained as long as needed for the inquiry and for our business records. Client engagement records are retained in line with professional and legal record-retention requirements. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted through this website by emailing Connor@Nevillecpa.com. Requests relating to client engagement records may be limited by professional record-retention obligations. You can opt out of non-essential email from us at any time by replying and saying so.

Children

This site is directed to business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
